Delivery Areas & Charges
Which areas does Cakewalk deliver to?
Cakes, donuts, cupcakes and sundaes are delivered locally within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Brownies and chocolates ship nationwide across Pakistan.
How much is delivery?
Local delivery in Islamabad and Rawalpindi is a flat Rs 200. Nationwide shipping is Rs 250, and free on orders over Rs 3,000.
Do you ship cakes outside Islamabad?
Fresh cakes are available for local delivery only within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. For customers in other cities, Cakewalk ships brownies and chocolates nationwide.
Lead Times & Advance Notice
How far in advance should I order?
Donuts, cupcakes and brownies require 24 hours' notice. Regular cakes require 48 hours. Custom and wedding cakes require at least 72 hours.
Can I get a same-day cake?
Cakes require 48 hours' notice and are not available for same-day orders. For urgent needs, donuts and cupcakes have the shortest 24-hour lead time.

How do I order a custom cake?
Submit a request through the Custom Cake form on the website with your event details, design ideas and inspiration photos. Cakewalk's team contacts you on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a personalised quote. Once you agree on the price, your order is confirmed.
How much does a custom cake cost?
Custom cake pricing depends on size, design complexity and ingredients. There is no fixed price — you receive a personalised quote after submitting your requirements through the Custom Cake form.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods are accepted?
Cakewalk accepts cash on delivery for local Islamabad and Rawalpindi orders. Online payment via credit card, debit card, JazzCash and EasyPaisa is also available at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Baked goods — including cakes, donuts, cupcakes and brownies — are perishable and cannot be returned. Any quality issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with a photograph. Chocolates may be returned within 7 days if the packaging is unopened.
